Aerus of Windsor has been a fixture on Tecumseh Road East since 2006. We're a family-owned business, which means the people who answer your call, walk you through your water test results, and stand behind the products you purchase are the same people who built this business from the ground up. That's not a common thing anymore, and it's something we take seriously.
We are an authorized Aerus dealer — one of a select network across North America — and we carry the full line of Aerus water purification, air purification, and vacuum products from our showroom at 5428 Tecumseh Rd E.
The Aerus Brand: Rooted in a Century of Healthy Homes
The Aerus name carries more history than most people realize. Aerus is the direct continuation of Electrolux in North America — the same brand that has been manufacturing home health products since 1924 under the banner "The First Name in Healthy Homes." When Electrolux reorganized its North American operations, the dealer network and product line that became Aerus retained that century of engineering heritage, the manufacturing standards, and the commitment to products built to last.
What that means practically: when you buy an Aerus vacuum or water system through our showroom, you're getting a product backed by genuine factory support, authorized parts, and a dealer who has been trained to install and service the equipment properly. It's a meaningful difference from buying the same category of product through a big-box retailer.
What We Do — and How We Do It
Our four service lines have remained consistent since we opened:
Water purification and filtration — reverse osmosis systems, whole house filtration, PFAS treatment, water softeners, and iron and manganese filters, sized to the actual chemistry of your water rather than a generic recommendation.
Water testing — our free in-home water test is the starting point for every water project. A member of our team comes to your home, tests at the tap, and walks you through what the results mean in plain language. We test first. We recommend after.
Air purification — we carry the Beyond by Aerus ActivePure line, which uses NASA-derived technology to actively neutralize airborne contaminants rather than waiting for pollutants to pass through a filter. Available for both residential and commercial spaces.
Vacuum cleaner sales and repair — Aerus vacuums at the showroom, plus repair service for all brands. We'll give you an honest answer on whether your machine is worth fixing.
In-home services — water testing, system installation, and service calls — cover Windsor and the surrounding Essex County communities: Kingsville, Leamington, Amherstburg, Essex, and the broader region. The showroom is where you can see equipment in person, ask questions without pressure, and handle a product before you decide.

Come See Us
